Shieldmeet (Holiday)
The town of Grey's Deep participated in day 2 of their Summer Celebrations today.
An entertainment troupe from Waterdeep called the "Misty Eyes", which was hired by the town council, setup a small pavillion and entertained the townsfolk throughout the day today.
During the festivities, it seemed like the children seemed most drawn to the face painting jokers and the puppet shows the provided.
While the adults were mostly drawn to the expertly played music and beautifully choreograped dancing routines of the entertainers.
In the evening several bards held their audiences capitvated by large campfires as they told stories of heroics long ago in the North. Many of the savage Orcs who wander the Hills to the North and the dark creatures who venture out at night from Hell's Keep.
The evening was capped by a spirited singing competition between rival campfires.
